The member app is built to prevent access codes being shared. Screenshots of QR codes are blocked at the device level so members cannot capture and forward their entry code. Each member account is linked to a single device, so even if login details are shared, only one phone can generate a valid entry code at a time. This protects your facility from unauthorised access without adding any friction for legitimate members.
Automated arrears blocking
When a debit order fails. Itensity can automatically restrict facility access until the balance is settled. Members who pay via the app or a payment link get instant access restoration, no staff needed to manually unblock their profile.

What hardware do I need for access control?
A dedicated Windows 10/11 PC with SSD, a biometric fingerprint reader (5300 model), and a stable internet connection. The Itensity Access application handles the rest.
Can members use their phone to enter the gym?
Yes. The Itensity app generates a dynamic QR code that members scan at the entrance for contactless entry.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The kiosk stores a local copy of your member database, so basic verification continues offline. It syncs automatically when the connection is restored.
